We are searching for a Southern California Operations Lead.
We are launching services in the Southern California area. This office-based role requires frequent travel and overnight stays, depending on the location.
Who we are:
Since 2015, we have been providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are expanding our service locations throughout California, bringing many advancement opportunities.
What we offer:
- The company pays 100% of the medical plan for the employee only

- Select Garden Grove or Los Angeles as the base office

Job Description:
This position involves establishing new locations that may require long or overnight stays. You will assist the training manager and direct care staff in delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Center staff, company employees, and serving as the main point of contact for clients and their families. Additionally, you will collaborate with the recruiter to facilitate orientations and onboarding for new hires. This position can be based in any of our Southern California office locations.

- You're prepared to spend days or weeks, if necessary, at other SYW office locations to provide support.

- You are proficient with computers and find using Gmail, Google Drive, MS Word, and Google Docs easy.
