We are seeking experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

- Recruiting for caregivers

- Assisting with new hire onboarding

- Presenter and managing new hire orientation

- Develop relationships with schools, colleges and agencies.

- Employee File Compliance

Skills:- Excellent organizational skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Interviewing, presenting skills is a MUST.
