Direct Care Staff

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr 
 We are looking for staff who is able to work:
Position #1- Full Time- 40 hours/ 5 days a week- Day Shift-Driving Shift
Shift Time: 6am-2pm
Range of schedule days: Monday-Sunday

Position #2- Full Time- 40 hours/ 5 days a week- Day Shift-Driving Shift
Shift Time: 2pm-10pm
Range of schedule days: Monday-Sunday
 
Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. Comfortable and able to lift/transfer client. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
